unprofessional service. Insisted on bulk payments on treatment and repeatedly hounded me before any treatments were commenced. On arrival for treatment : very unprofessional and disgusting behaviour towards me as a customer. As a medical practioner I was surprised at the significant lack of customer care. Ended up leaving without treatment. Will never book here again and would not recommend them

My girlfriend went and had her toenails done with gel nails (£40-50 for "luxury pedicure & gel nails"), four came off within the first 3 days. She complained, went and had those four replaced (free of charge we have to say), only for one of the replaced nails to fall off again, within a few days. Asked for a refund after this, told it's not the company's policy to give refunds, so could only offer yet another re-do. We live an hour round-trip away, so this isn't at all practical. Quite disappointing.

I had a minor procedure at A Vita today on my eye (milia removal). It is a very professional set up and the staff made me feel at ease. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Very impressed all round. Thanks.

Excellent pregnancy massage. Lovely relaxing surroundings. Helped ease aches and pains and aid sleep. Highly recommended.

Avoid at all costs, looking at the results after having fillers I could have saved money by using Expanding Foam. Very expensive with absolutely NO after care.
