Unreliable - Having arrived at 8.30am for an apt I was informed it was cancelled as the stylist was ill. No effort was made to accommodate me or find me another salon for equivalent service at such short notice. For colour and cut and a bank holiday Saturday before a wedding - this was a big let down. I felt Saks could have done more to help, given their service was such a let down. I would not go there again or recommend this salon to anyone particularly for occasions where you rely on dependable service!

Went to Kath here yesterday who I had a full head of highlights done ,absolutely delighted with the results as my  previous hairdresser  had messed this up. Highly recommend, first time here, great staff, great service ,well worth it .
