Best salon in Hertford. Would highly recommend this salon. Becky and all the other stylists are very friendly and professional. Becky has so much experience and is the best hairdresser in the area. If you need a good stylist I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Went here for the first time to get my long hair cut into a lob a few weeks ago and so glad I did. They were friendly, professional and Becky gave me such a good cut, have received so many compliments, have recommended them to everyone! Will definitely be going back!

Just done my hair & eyebrows here again. What a lovely place.

Becky made my hair look amazing, she is very neat and careful; always asks "show me how much can I cut exactly.." and makes sure/doublechecks it is a perfect length (not too long/too short). 

Kelly (hope spelled correctly), who done my eyebrows & eyelashes, is a star too; she uses good quality materials as my eyebrows stay dark for a very long time. Next time I want to come for eyebrow tattoo..

Needless to say how welcoming and friendly whole team is! Always friendly chat, nice and relaxed environment.

Went in to Fred & Ginger today, I wanted ombré and got something completely different. I’m still brunette all over (which I didn’t want) with random streaks of blonde - I wanted blonde at the bottom (or as close to blonde as I can get in one sitting) and it blending into brown at the top. It’s literally NOTHING like what I asked for. I know things take time, but this is a completely different look. 

I have severe anxiety and when it comes to telling people if I’m not happy with something, I physically can’t do it. I messaged them once I got home after I had a proper look and once they replied, making out as though I haven’t got a clue. They blocked me and refused me a refund. 

Absolutely vile approach to criticism.
