If there was a nought, I'd tick that! Went there this morning and the lady couldn't be bothered to say hello or how could help? Snatched the bit of paper, abruptly said "can't help you" and walked off. I then had to ask another team member to retrieve said prescription
Booked an appointment twice in last 3 months, both were cancelled by the pharmacy 2 days before. Generic email about “high demand for seasonal flu vaccine” but it’s April and my appointment was for a cholesterol check! Email promised a call to reschedule but none received. Why bother offering a service that can’t be delivered?
My girlfriend visited the Pharmacy today to have her BMI and Blood Pressure checked in order to receive her birth control pill prescribition. The lady got her weight horribly wrong must not have reset the scales and as a result, she was told she could not have the prescription because her BMI was over 30. She calculated her weight to be 89kg... she weighs 64kg weighed to check upon arriving home. Her actual BMI is 21.3, perfectly in the middle of the healthy weight range. With the pressure on women nowadays, a mistake like this is horrific. And for her not to notice and re-check the weight is ridiculous, a simply glance at my girlfriend would tell you she is not “Obese”! To not even pull her aside into the private room to tell her makes this even worse, she was told all of this in front of me at the Pharmacy waiting area.
Refused to accept my prescription because they wanted to close early
Helpful, friendly and decent prices for off the shelf items, theyll usually advise a cheaper alternative to the high price branded products
