Actually, polite, curtious and helpful if both approached and treated in the same way. They do very well under enormous pressure which both very senior management and board level directors fail totally to understand. Their expected to consult patients, deal with remedies for over the counter items, dispense notifiable pharmaceuticals accurately and without error ... AND wear a smile and at least be sympathetic to the customer? A Herculean task at very least! Hats off and Hoorah to them I say! A difficult job well done!

Very rude staff need some customer training in manners has gone down hill the lady who served me today was very rude and had no customer service skills where are manners these days

Paul Cross is no longer the manager here and the service has taken a nose-dive. The staff are surly and unhelpful, the service is dreadful and prescriptions are constantly late in being dispensed with no apology, just an explanation that 'we are very behind' - that is no excuse.
