Easy to navigate and the hot chocolate in the cafe was amazing, plus some great sales. Worth a visit.
Late evening shopping is great! Nice, spacious shop with good staff. I did the self-scan shop and bagged as I went around. I did have a random check of items at the till but this was done pleasantly, quickly and without fuss by the staff member. All in all a pleasant experience!
Love shopping here, lots of choice, and always good to have a quick look around the clothing section too. Can usually find what I need here and don't get the stress you get with other crazy busy supermarkets, which is great. I enjoy shopping here.
Very nice, large Sainsbury's. Nice staff, although it is understaffed. You should not have to wait more than 30 seconds for help at the electronic till. Argos is good, nice staff there too. Good parking.
Nice shop and nice staff. Unfortunately sainsburys seem to be making it harder and harder for anyone doing a weekly shop. I shop with my dad who suffers with dementia, we often found checkouts closed in the evening when it's quiet. I send scan abs we ended up scanning dad's at the self service till. Today yet yet again my trolley was selected for rescan. I really don't mind but had to wait a good while for the ladies manning the send service area to finish their other jobs and see I was waiting. Then i had to take a back seat while anyone who needed approval was seen to....apparently this is a priority. As this is happening way too often today I lost patience and left the groceries at the till. Its a shame sainsburys no longer value service.
I don't come here often but, when I do it's always a pleasant visit. Staff are always friendly and helpful apart from the odd few that stand around gossiping loudly lol I mainly buy clothes and they are always fantastic quality and well received if gifted.
I have left my bank card at the store yesterday, rang the store as soon as I realised and was told the card will be waiting for me the next day as I couldn’t get there on the day. Took time off work only to find out the card has been destroyed. I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge, lady came up to me saying there is nothing she can do. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!
Was in store today when I witnessed two male members of security apprehend a young Mum, one of them said “I think you dropped something” while the other one laughed quietly, it was quite obvious they were humiliating this young lady - she didn’t seem quite sure of what was going on until I heard one of them say “is this the one we clocked on camera in the changing room” honestly I absolutely appalled, the behaviour was of something of two school age hyperactive boys, and totally unacceptable, either these mens licences need to be revoked or they need serious retraining, it’s actually quite worrying, I mentioned it to a manager Shane who was less than enthusiastic, his reply “sorry madam I am dealing with a theft” and walked away. I hope the lady in question is ok!
Easy to use with the Argos in store system to collect the pre-ordered item online. We visited here to pick up a microwave for my mum I was learning difficulties I was struggling to figure out what I had to do, I got a lot of help from the assistant and then a member of staff in sainsburys asked if I need any help getting it to my car which I did and I got some help well done you young man - you're very helpful thank you so much. Overall it was a great experience I got a lot of help from Sainsbury's and from Argos.
Good vegetarian selection, good world foods aisle, sushi counter if a bit overpriced, usually have helpful deals on cat food, cool habitat aisle near the argos counter. Good pharmacy section.
