Maybe it was because I was using 'groupon' (wash and polish £12.50 deal), maybe it was because it was busy. Whatever the reason - terrible job done. Bodywork left smeared with no obvious sign of having been polished, Alloys left dirty,  Windscreen left water smeared, once pointed out offered a cloth to do myself. A popular place but not one for me again.

I was a bit disappointed to be honest. They did a really good job on the outside, but they didn't do the majority of things that were advertised on the inside as part of the package. All they did on the inside was vacuum the floors, and give the steering wheel a quick clean. They advertised hoovering the whole car (including boot and seats), full dashboard clean, and inside window clean but didn't do any of this. I had to stop on the way home to buy £5 cleaning supplies to finish it off myself, which defeats the purpose of a hand car wash really! I think it was because they were very busy at the time, but they could have offered a discount for the services that were not provided, which they didn't do. I have previously had my car hand washed for the same price as Cyrstal elsewhere, to a much higher quality. To customers I would recommend shopping around, or at least asking for a discount for any advertised services that are not provided.

Absolute rip off asked for inside and out cleaning which i always pay 10 pound everytime ... the guy charged 15 pounds and then said thought you wanted a good clean... always get a good clean within 10 pounds. Absolute robbing people didnt even give me option of which clean i wanted just assumed. Wont be going there again !!!

They washed my car well and the prices was good enough, the guys working there are polite as well.

No complaints  - mini valet performed on my car was very reasonably priced (£20 for a 4x4) and the quality of the job and products used were amongst the best I've experienced.  Will most certainly being using more regularly
