I needed to have my dash cam refitted as I got a new car. The service they provided was absolutely first class,from booking appointment to installing. The work carried out was very good and done in the time scale they said it would be done by, no mess and no fuss thanks again.
New battery for my Subaru, walked in on spec, several people waiting for bulbs or wipers to be fitted, watched the mechanic sort them all, swiftly with a smile, then my battery fitted within the hour. Good choice of batteries, good price, great service. Very happy to recommend Halfords Cheadle
I was served by Jake McKee at Stanley Green who was extremely pleasant and helpful with my purchase of a jump starter. He was very patient and nothing was too much trouble as we compared different items. If I need anything else from Halfords I will certainly try to be served by him, a real asset to the store.
Had a battery check booked as a warning light appeared on my car. Was advised by the Northendon/Longley lane branch that they were too busy to carry out the check and to go to a bigger store. I’m glad I did as the staff at Cheadle/Stanley Green went above and beyond my expectations. My battery was checked and subsequently replaced, and the price was very reasonable. A big thank you to Emmanuel for all his help, I will definitely be returning to this branch in future
Person who sold us the bike was very nice and helpful. When we went back to collect it woman was more interested in talking on her headset than checking if bike was ok. Taken it out for first time today and back brakes are constantly on and seat is far too low for my son to ride. Rubbish!!
Went to get my sons new bike fixed, it had been assembled incorrectly by Evans. Lewis and Ahmed were so helpful and spent a long time on it checking everything was correct. Great service thanks.
I asked for a brake light bulb for a Corsa D. The shop assistant took my reg and supplied the incorrect bulb. This was discovered after I removed light cluster. So a second trip was required to get a refund and the correct bulb. I had to dig an apology out of the store assistant. Halfords need to get there parts system correct and to stop wasting people's time.
The most wonderful customer service one could possible experience. Both Nick who advised me and Lewis who carried out the fitting.
I came in for a couple of Audi replacement key batteries. The guy who served me was really helpful and fitted them while I waited. Thank you!
Popped into Halfords today for a 10 point check. Passed ok and they topped up our screen wash. Done in 20 minutes, no waiting around. Well done
