Not happy at customer service was dreadful don’t no how to talk to people and I was from Birmingham a long way out with my miss a kidds my kidds need the toilet what thay have in use for the public .but the shell assistant did not let my kidds use it he said that are bloked this big industry shell the toilets were bloked .its a joke shell need to up hold their name in Birmingham all shell Custmer service is spot on Naver had a problem at all shell need to look at this

Town centre Petrol station and always a good price compared to the other better quality fuels in the area. Cheerful staff as well. Cash machine on site as well as car wash and water and air.

It's a petrol station...

Prices are generally OK, at least for fuel and the staff are friendly.  Conveniently located.  Beyond car-related activities, it's good for late night sandwiches after a few beers in town too.
