I love the staff on a Friday evening in the petroleum station. What can I say, they always serve the community! Always Sue perb service from Pauline and Lizzo. The warm welcome brought by the luxurious curls and fake beating heartbeat.
The price is always lower. Then any other petrol pump and a very good service. Thank you Keep it up
Good petrol station with good prices. Normally around 1.5 or 1.6 for unleaded but never any higher when I've seen it. Nice coffee machine inside as well, has saved me a couple of times when I've been a bit cold and tired. Would go if you need some quick petrol. They don't have any pay at pump
They have a new guy I believe who has just started. His manager was standing next to him on the adjacent till. Anyway, I approched the till and he just sat there staring at me. No good morning or even a hello....basic really... he was like "yes" after a few seconds of a Mexican mutes standoff... Bloody rude. His manager just looked at me... Right then.... I have never commented about the time I got stuck in the car wash too halfway through they cycles with my screaming 3 year old in the back...... Yes I have been stuck in it too. Apparently it's a common occurrence......
Used this petrol station today as it has the cheapest fuel in the area, today at least. Was surprised though as they have had a refurb but you still have to pay in the kiosk.
They have a new air and water machine. The water isn't working and the air is not coin operated no its by card. But because its WIFI and you are in a poor WIFI area its difficult to get it to operate. Eventually I managed to get it to operate after about 15mins. But now I discover I have been charged multiple times for using the air once. Which I am trying to get a refund from now, Sainsbury`s get rid of this machine!!
The staff give this place 4 stars! I go in there often with my son and most of them know his name , he could stand there chatting with them for ages! Apart from that, it's a normal petrol station really. Could have a better selection of snacks.
Staff always helpful and polite no matter what time of day you go
Still no pay at the pump. Crazy for 2018. Guess it boils down to greed. They want you in the shop. At least give us an app that will allow payment at the pump along the lines of Shell or BP.
