On the 8/10/24 I used this fuel court and tried to pay for my fuel with my BP app everything was working even authorised the payment trough my bank app the pump then unlocked and I fill up.nnAfter filing up notice that I didn't had notification on my app for my fuel receipt I then been approached by a staff member by my car demanding I needed to pay for fuel in store which I did anyway, instore I kept being pressure to pay for fuel when I had just told them I needed to check with my bank app if no payments had left the account but this staff member kept saying I need to pay for the fuel before filing up b, tougth the pump won't unlocked unless payment had been secure obviously it was some sort of glitch.nnI then payed and went back to my car and realised he hadn't applied my points to my card of the £96 fuel sale , but this staff member refused to add the points I asked why and he said for security reasons which I tougth was weird. This staff member had been mentioned on quite a few negative reviews on here goolge reviews and trustpilot.nnJose Jardim
Very busy garage to fill up with fuel, but i believe always worth the wait, as our car runs great on it!nnThe forecourt always looks very clean and well lit in the evenings, the garage is very convenient for me to get to, the shop always has a wide range of hot and cold food and drink to take away, and always has a lovely aroma of coffee inside the store whilst queuing to pay for my fuel, as well as a new subway that has now been attached to the building, which i haven't ventured into as of yet.nnThe shop has a good range of everyday essentials, with various wines to save me going to a busy supermarket, and the tobacco and cigarette range is great also to take home to my Husband, plus mostly good friendly, and very helpful staff are there to assist and serve you day and night.
More than just a BP Fuel Station it's got a Spar with a complete range of groceries, drinks including beer and wine with a Subway sandwich bar thrown in for good measure. The staff have always been friendly happy and courteous and because it's easy to park then it's an ideal place to pop in to when you need something for me it was a lithium battery for my key fob. I'm pretty sure you'll be surprised at the wide range of stuff they have.
One of my favourite petrol stations due to the prompt staff and speed of the whole process.nThe store has a good range of products and a free ATM.nnThe newly added Subway means I can grab a healthy lunch at the same time.
Friendly service and always helpful. Its located in a great position for most people in Leigh Park and has reasonable fuel prices. Like most petrol stations othet goods are very expensive.
