The pumps and keypad to pay for petrol are the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. Made me feel sick. Staff lovely
Thank you so much to the staff on 4th May 1pm who helped me and made sure I was OK when a random stranger decided to remove my aerial while I was paying in the kiosk my car was in the queue for the car wash , the stranger turned out to be quite harmless. The two staff members who came out to make sure I was OK were very caring and kind , I'm sorry I didn't have time to thank you both !
Timing is everything. Especially as the price of fuel is about to sky rocket once again.... within hours of the new conflict prices were going up everywhere. Its all profiteering.... thought Sainsbury's was above this...
Very nice supermarket one of my favourite. They got over 30,000 products in reference according to their customer service. I'm well please with their taste the difference and wide selection of deli they have. They have a wider choice of products in comparison to their nearby competitor's. A bit pricey but again quality is something that Sainsbury take into care. Also they got a nice cafe at decent price, the food is actually excellent And I would recommend anyone to try it.
The cleanest shop in town. Where real people work their socks off and bend over backwards to be of help, thank you Sainsburys customer services. You are all so polite and helpful. one has to pinch oneself to realise that one is really awake so rare! Rarer than finding Hens teeth ‍ but also so definitely welcome. in this day and age where so many want to shout out PC or whatever and so forth just to jump onto whatever card they fancy trading... unfortunately none are quite as helpful as Sainsbury's. But then you do pay a premium for quality supplies and customer service.
More expensive than the places I like to shop but the store is very clean and staff are helpful. Restaurant can take ages for simple food sausage sandwich took nearly 30 minutes and it was NOT busy!
Always the cheapest one around.
This is usually one of the cheapest places to buy fuel in town. The shop does the usual fare coffee-to-go and basic groceries. Peak times you can wait for a while until a pump is free but that's the same all over right? There's a tyre pressure and water station and some parking if you just want to use the shop and not block a pump. Though "van man" often ignores these :-. It's also far enough off the supermarket main site that it doesn't tend to get too congested unless the place is at peak time and genuinely busy. Only minor difficulty is getting back on to the main roundabout as the run from the motorway direction can get very busy. I tend to fuel my car here regularly.
I complained on 1st November in the petrol station that when I filled up with petrol the reading of petrol dispensed was £2.69 before any petrol came out. There response was 'oh I'll keep an eye on pump 10' I then filled in a contact us form that afternoon online and nothing not a word back from sainsburys. I'm disappointed that they have not even bothered to reply. Just shows that as a large company they are only interested in taking our money by whatever means they can.
