New Era have been our fuel supplier for over 7 years and I can say without a doubt that we will be using them for many years to come. Both Sam & Leon our account managers take great care with our orders, from oil and lubricants to our diesel and spill kit requirements. Pricing is always excellent and very competitive, and with delivery, I have to admit they're probably the best out there, usually next day, but have been known to be on site within 20 minutes! Always a pleasure to deal with, as we know we're in great hands. Fast, efficient, competitive, and quality service! Thanks to New Era, and a special thanks to Sam and Leon for their hard work keeping up with our ever growing demands.
Charlotte White and Ella Smith are the absolute best. Couldn't ask for better account managers. Pricing is always spot on and any issue that may arise we are all human after all is always sorted quickly. Emily Smith is still missed but Charlotte was definitely a good replacement for her and happy we still have Ella too :. I would highly recommend this supplier to everyone with diesel requirements.
I deal with Leon Dackombe from New Era for our weekly diesel for plant and heavy machinary, decent rates, nothing is ever a issue, next day delivery, always willing to help, can't do enough for the customers, great asset to the firm
We live in Templefields House and get woken up every morning by one of the workers turning up for work with their music blaring out of their car!!! There are small children living here and it's just not on they need to have some consideration for us who have to live here through no fault of our own!!! There is also a ringing noise constantly coming from the site so annoying and irritating sort it out please
RASIST AND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I live in a mobile home: chalet I ordered heating oil and it came this morning with no heads it it was in it way or anything the Racist driver who arrived came and looked at where we’re wanted the oil putting and said he’d be back in 20 mins and never came back even tho we have paid full about for the oil PLEASE stay clear of this company

New Era Fuels is a great supplier. I have had an amazing level of customer service from my Account Managers Charlotte and Sam who have ensured that they have quoted myself promptly, given me accurate ETAs and resolved any issues I have had. The team are very supportive as I have also received great service from Emily, Hayley and Max who have helped me with a number of queries whilst my account managers have been tied up. I would more than recommend this company, not just for fuel but their whole product range.
Absolutely brilliant local service. Friendly, professional and positive. Spoke to Hannah today who sorted my heating oil problem within a few minutes. The price was at least 20%cheaper than other quotes and I was offered next working day delivery. It's so nice to support a local business and to receive great customer service in return. Well done
The story goes like this...went on the site and completed the form requesting a quote for 500 litres of heating oil...got the quote next day and accepted it....got a call from new era fuels and we discussed the delivery details and payment...all good...been told that due to the big volume of deliveries I will get my heating oil within 10 working days...ok not a problem...9th day I call them to ask what is happening and I am told that they are behind with deliveries but they will catch up over the weekend this was a Thursday...nothing happens...Monday 21 December I call again at this point I had heating oil left for another 2 weeks an I am told that I am not on schedule and probably will get my delivery after Christmas....at this point I cancelled my order and went to another company which delivered next day!! So all in all a bad experience...and definitely will not do business with this company again!!
I have used New Era Fuels for 10 plus years at various businesses I have worked for. I have always found them to be reliable and helpful on a day to day basis. When setting up regulars orders, I have never had any complaints from any of my site teams as they have always communicated all delays when they’ve occurred. All in all they are a 5 star supplier.
