Exceptional service today. Staff couldn’t do enough to help, even bringing me one of my items that I said I needed whilst I was finding other items. It was much appreciated.
Was served by this absolute lovely lady Jen, she was so helpful and kind. She helped me find everything I needed and always had a big smile on her face. It will definitely be my new local, its rare to find such a kind young soul who really cares about her work. Wish her the best!
Store getting worse trying to cut costs and staff. They have removed most of the checkout tills and replaced with self checkouts resulting in long queues with 1 staff member run off her feet trying to attend to 20 plus self checkouts when only 1 staff operated checkout is open with long queues..and high prices... Shambles
Shopped in this store today at approx 2.30pm and was served at checkout by a male employee who I feel needs to be congratulated on being helpful, cheery, polite and an absolute credit to your store. I actually left this store with huge grin on my face at the fantastic customer service I received from this lad. I attempted to praise him on Sainsburys website but there was no fascility to do this only if I wanted to complain.
