Simple Impartial Advice!

Poor is a complement to this store. When waiting to be served I listened to the phone behind the counter ring non stop for what felt like a decade. At one point the manager laughed "you'd think after a while they'd give up''. I was told I was ready for an update when I just wanted my phone fixed though I waited for this update only to find out their system was wrong. When I put my phone in for repair I was told it would be less than two weeks to be fixed. It has now been three weeks and I haven't received a phone call to tell me its ready to be picked up. Obviously when I phone the shop nobody picks up, no matter how long I keep it ringing. Bit ironic that in a phone shop they don't answer the phone?
