Service usually here is great, don’t have to interact with staff as the self checkout is conveniently in store. Despite this, my few interaction with staff members have not been great. Take for instance whilst browsing the products with full intentions of purchasing, a large blonde staff member followed us around the store until she finally insisted we leave immediately. Absolutely outraged and felt very attacked.

Prices a little more expensive than at nearest main Saintsbury's store, but long opening hours very useful and staff are friendly and helpful. However, it should be borne in mind that the "use by" date of many fresh and chilled items is often less than one would expect at a larger store (though the fresh bread is actually better).
