Would like to thank the lovely Staff early this morning 26th September  The female staff member came to my Mother aid when she realised my Mother was struggling with pain . Shortly after another female staff member also offered my mother help . My Mother was very grateful to be offered a seat and a drink of water . Staff also offered to walk round with her and even put the shopping in the car .  My Mother is recently widowed and is very stubborn and doesn't always want our offered help .  Thankyou once again for your kindness and caring staff .

I'm a honest  32 year old. Everytime I go in sandown sainsbury  I'm made to feel uncomfortable. I'm followed an watched like a criminal. In the last week I've been in countless times each time I was made feel not welcome to shop in sainsbury. If there is a problem with theft employ a security guard don't have worker talking amongst them self's on the headset about customers An following customers who have done nothing wrong. Stereotyping is wrong judging people is wrong. I'm disgusted with the customer service from sainsbury and disgusted on how iv been made to feel.

Kat was brilliant!! She is an amazing employee and literally confronted someone that tried to walk out of Sainsbury’s  in Sandown and steal a whole basket of food. She was so brave. She  deserves a medal. Well done Kat!

Very good customer service by Lauren and her college even offered to let us use the kettle if we bought porridge best customer service ever

Found this  little shop on our day trip over during summer holidays 2023  it was handy after traveling from where we did  grabbing few drinks and snacks before hitting the beach   thanks
