My prescription states 2 x 5 ml of eye drops. For the second time running they supplied a 10ml dispenser, even though I complained last time. Despite the fact that the prescription goes through 4 people, they blame the surgery, saying the instructions appear after something else - which presumably nobody bothers reading. Neither time have they had two 5 ml bottles in stock, meaning a return visit - after already having to return having got home before discovering the mistake.
