The food is good and there is a good selection of drinks but it is just too expensive to shop there

Chockingly expensive shop... The general rule of market seems to work fine here: if there is no competition around, prices soar, and because of no choice... u have to buy... painful truth... This shop is a chain so... why? Whatever... cry and pay...

Shop allways spotless and for a little shop great choice and staff helpful and friendly

Handy local shop.nnPity they've changed the self service tills to ones that are a disaster. No room to place scanned items. End up packing a bag on the floor where discarded coffee stirrers are littering the floor from the Costa machine that takes up far too much space.nnWon't ever be back.

This shop always smells bad.  Loads of staff stocking shelves but even when a queue formed at self serve there was no one to be seen behind the manned till point. A manager has been on twice when I've been in and they just seemed to be walking about telling staff how to stack shelves.  Like they don't know how to do that?  Maybe put to better use finding out the source of the awful smell from the fridge areas.
