A really convenient and easy supermarket in the train station. The shop stays open late and is a great place to grab food when getting a late train home.
Went in tonight and made to feel like a shop lifter only went in to buy snacks. Security looking me up and down and watching me as I go round the shop. It was rather unconfortable as staff were speaking Arabic and looking at me whilst there. I just came from a gym so was in gym kit if your going to speak about me have the minerals to speak English.
Self service tills should take cash too as it was only cash payment this morning leading to queuing for manned tills No morning bakery items for a few weeks now
A tiny store but with a surprisingly large range, and everything has always been well stocked when I’ve visited. There’s a large amount of self-checkouts available but enough staff on hand if you need. A good facility in the station for all the essentials you could need.

Run by a pair of robots, wouldn't exchange my sparkling water for still even though I bought it 10 seconds previously as I didn't press on the receipt button. Thanks alot yeah!
The second door was shut while the other was open I staff was staring by the second door told me to use second door I came back and I told him the door it’s shut while someone was on floor collapse one of the woman start screaming at me it shut leave like get your stuff together god dam horrible staff they don’t know what they doing guy just on floor collapse no staff was helping him out like Dan at least try to communicate with him before the ambulance come not stream at people it’s your fault you should shut both the door
Me and my partner went into the Sainsbury’s in Leeds train station at about 8:20pm on 22nd November 23, we both noticed that the woman behind the till looked a bit tipsy,we don’t know how this hasn’t been noticed by any of the staff/management/team leaders she didn’t care what was going on, throwing stuff about making a little joke to her self, not really talking to any customers, she stumbled and asked me 2 times what I wanted behind the counter each time I pointed stumbling again and laughing about it basically the queue was rather long and it only seemed to be her on the shop floor
Unfriendly abrupt woman authorized transaction then walked away but it wasn't done for me to make payment. Should be some cash self service tills also. Left without my purchase
Security thought I was in their shop lifting. All I wanted was oxo stock cubes. The pair of them were following me very creepily
