Absolute shambles of a store.nI visited and upon leaving the car park I drove under a cable that was hanging low that damaged my car. the store manager said they has an issue with vandals pulling out cables and damaging the car park this cable caught my roof rails and caused damage to my car.nThere was a witness there the manager heard her recollection and Sainsbury’s has cctv in the car park so they could have easily confirmed what happened as I went in with 2 roof bars attached and one was dragged off the roof.nInstead they chose to take zero accountability for their dangerous car park I have attached their response.nI would avoid at all costs if you have a car that you don’t want damaged. This is a very poorly maintained store in a state of dangerous disrepair.

Instore layout is the best thing.  Easy self serve check out with helpful staff.nCould be faster returning devices to the cradle as sometimes there's none available

This Sainsbury's is really showing its age. Its pretty bland inside and has a limited choice compared to other supermarkets in the area. The underground car park is badly kept and the lifts and escalators are out of order every other week

Went in very stressed out and got excellent help from a store worker named Jamie, he went out of his way to help me which made my day easier. Great customer service. Good store

The in store WiFi which you have to connect to is awful, it resets every time you go in and you can only connect to their WiFi right by the front doors as if you go any further because the code from O2 or sainsburys to get into the WiFi won’t come through as theres no reception once you go inside.nnAlso when you are connected to the WiFi it drops out once you get down the far end at the last aisle so if you’re in the middle of following a recipe or need to be on your phone for whatever reason it stops working until you get back into the main part of the store.nnThe 3 scan as you shop checkouts have been out of order for some time now so you have to use a self service check out, unfortunately they have gotten rid of the majority of the staffed checkouts forcing you to use a self service one which is fine but this usually only has 1 member of staff covering all the self service checkouts so when multiple people are waiting for items to be authorised or having issues with their terminal the wait gets longer and longer
