One of my favourite shopping venues. Many of the staff are young but willing to learn. There is a good attitude towards customers and the nectar points soon mount up after a few visits. The whole shopping experience is of about being in a place that cares about its customers. Only downside in that small branch near where I live Folkestone there is no cafe but at their store at P ark. FARM road there is a very good cafe also in Folkestone and you can buy reasonably priced meals there All day.

An eccentric mixture of goods trying to please everyone, but doing this means that choice is not always great. Good ready meals and fruit / veg, oddly good t shirt range during warm months and good retro CDs. Sandwiches a bit dull. Extensive wine choice. Pleasant check out staff.

I found the store to be poorly stocked. I was kept waiting for quite some time whilst my shopping was being put through the check out because the staff member was unfamiliar with the new till system. On leaving the store I discovered that I had been overcharged for 2 items and was kept waiting again at customer services for a refund because that member of staff was unable to fathom the new till system. Overall I have to say that it was a very poor experience, one which I would not like to have repeated!!

Bit small now so somewhat limited stock but good parking facilities and clean

Fairly good selection for a medium store and ample parking. Don't forget to get your parking ticket validated at the checkout.
