Roof leaks every time it rains and the store shuts, now had 2 power cuts in as many weeks resulting in zero fresh produce…for the prices they charge you’d expect the works to be completed so that the store could at least open Lidl a lot cheaper but doesn’t stock all the items I like unfortunately or I’d just bin off Sainsbury’s all together

Lovely people giving excellent service. If only they could fix the roof over the entrance which leaks heavily when we have storms, closing that entrance.
Needed to do alot more shopping but grabbed 4 things that I needed, paid and got out quick, the store is freezing, there has been no heating in it for a week, it's baltic! Unbearably cold, i was shivering, couldn't wait to get out.....come on Sainsbury's think of your customers!
