Co-op Food Methilhaven

The same old co op bit on the expensive side as always, but their own brand is ok.

It is a convenience store that is of great use locally, but is owned by a replacement company to the old Scottish Co-operative. The UK Co-op is an English based company. The management structure is very flawed and the working hour practice is very unreasonable. Basically employees work part-time officialy, but often have to work overtime. Saying no is 'frowned upon'. There is no guaranteed regularity to hours and no weekly schedule update till the end of each week. (You might even get instructed to go and work at a different branch)
