What can I say? It's a supermarket. Longbridge has an irritating habit of omitting prices on some sizes of goods from shelf edges so you can't compare the different value of pack sizes. Pointing it out to staff has made no difference. Come on, Sainsburys, you can do better!

Went into restaurant waited for a little while, no one came out to serve so we walked out. I noticed the floor in the kitchen area was dirty and the waste bin was full to over flowing and staff were stood around talking. I use to gave my own catering business. I certainly wouldn't be employing those members of staff. You need to step up the hygiene standards.

Service is rubbish/clueless uncooked tea cake and lumpy gravy would not recommend even for a quick tea

The store is open until 10:30pm but all staff attended checkouts are closed by 9:00pm and one is forced to ask for a till assistant. As I am disabled I find this a little humiliating. This is a management decision which I think this excellent store will eventually regret.

It is a nice store with good clothing selection. However, does not stock full ranges on groceries and household products.
