Nice store. Well laid out, clean,well looked after.nIts open and airy, ive never been when its incredibly busy if im honest, so its always been a pleasure to go there- ive been between 11am and 4pm so farnFriendly staff.nEasy parking plenty of room, but not so big, youre walking miles round car park with shopping trolleys.nEasy access for allnGood services inside too.nShoe repairs/key cutting etcnStarbucks cafe. Big shout out to Sainsbury’s employee Ethan who was restocking books on Thursday evening 16/06. Such a helpful member of staff who went out of his way to assist us. This is so refreshing as recent experience in some other shops has not been such a positive experience. Ethan should be commended for his customer service skills!
So Sainsbury’s when you planning eventually to fit the EV chargers at your supermarket. I am doing my daily/ weekly shopping here as the prices are good and quality of food better than Lidl or aldi however the lack of EV charging stations are appealing and system collection is in bad place as well. I am feeling sorry for employees running with the trolleys/carts during the rain even me as customer is so unpleasant to pack all the groceries into my car. I can’t believe that We can’t have EV charging with Nectar perks to bring more customers to the shop. Sainsbury’s you can do better! Plus there is new Starbucks coffee so it would be ideal to pop in for coffee and charge the car.
Overall the store is pretty good with a nice variety of products and fairly decent produce. However it does seem like they struggle to keep the fresh fruit and veg in stock, so sometimes you will have to go elsewhere too if you're after specific ingredients.
Went to buy clothes. My partner descythe womens clothing as dated. They did have 20 percent of all clothes there .
