Good store incorporating Argos, too. I've been here a few times compared well to anything locally. 2 hours free parking so plenty of time to shop. Good bakery and generally lots of choice. It's in the centre of the town, so ideally placed.Spotless too. Well, worth a look. Good for meal deals too if you're in the town and looking for a bargain.
Just wanted to say how lovely your staff were yesterday. Warm, welcoming and so helpful. You found my sprouts and my trifle sponges, and stayed patient and obliging despite the hustle and bustle. Thank you and I wish you and yours have a great Christmas.
Couldn't really find things easily. Took a lot of walking backwards and forwards to find things. The lady in customer services was very helpful with answering questions. She was very nice and smiling even to awkward customers who were nasty to her. It doesn't hurt to smile and be polite to someone who is helping you. She appreciated our smiles....not bad for bikers
Another supermarket putting profits before customer service only three tills that accept cash now leaving a long queue I need a longer waiting times to pay for goods as well as barriers to heard people like cattle instead of hiring proper security guards and staff no wonder my Nectar points were stolen probably all my data along with it
I'm starting to do my shopping at other Sainsbury's instead of my home 1 as I know a lot of people & I could be at the store longer than expected,,I went Warwick Sainsbury's from Coventry it was easy to find it was a big store staff were friendly had everything I needed and a few more bit's so overall quite a pleasant shopping experience definitely go back shopping,,,the only 1 thing which lets all large Sainsbury's down is the WiFi connection I lose signal when I get to a certain bit of the store I dont realise signal has gone I'm still scanning my items which are not getting added to my online basket due to no WiFi connection I get to the checkout but I have to do a full trolley scan when this happens I feel like I'm being accused of shoplifting it makes me feel uncomfortable so hopefully they can sort out this WiFi connection coming up to a busy time of the year,,,love Sainsbury's but don't love WiFi that doesn't work properly lol
