Couldn't really find things easily. Took a lot of walking backwards and forwards to find things. The lady in customer services was very helpful with answering questions. She was very nice and smiling even to awkward customers who were nasty to her. It doesn't hurt to smile and be polite to someone who is helping you. She appreciated our smiles....not bad for bikers
Another supermarket putting profits before customer service only three tills that accept cash now leaving a long queue I need a longer waiting times to pay for goods as well as barriers to heard people like cattle instead of hiring proper security guards and staff no wonder my Nectar points were stolen probably all my data along with it
Had a very poor experience trying to collect a DPD Local parcel from this store's collection desk. My father went to collect on my behalf. On trying to collect, he was completely mislead by the person behind the collection till. My father was told a number of things, including 1 that the Sainsbury’s Warwick location was not a DPD Local collection point but it is on the DPD Local website 2 that the store didn’t have the parcel despite the tracking information stating so there was a picture of someone behind the till in Sainsbury's uniform who signed for the parcel pictured in the delivery confirmation from DPD local and 3 that even if they did have the parcel, they needed a PIN code to release the parcel and not 2 forms of I.D. He was advised to go all the way to the Tatchbrook store to collect. So my father did this and was advised by their customer services that the Tatchbrook store didn't have it either. The Tatchbrook store customer services then called this Sainsbury's Warwick store and eventually, confirmed that the Warwick store had suddenly found the parcel... My father then went back to the Warwick store to collect and they still refused to give him the parcel. I called DPD local and they advised a relative with the same surname and 2 forms of I.D. can collect parcels on your behalf from collection points. My father also told the customer service rep behind the till this, but they remained unhelpful. It took my phoning the store myself and speaking with manager to get this parcel released, whilst I'm away on holiday! Collecting a parcel is meant to be a simple and stress free process but this was not. I have raised complaints with DPD local and the retailer about their failures in this process but this customer service rep at this store really exasperated matters making the whole experience that much worse. They sent my father on a wild goose chase after a busy day at work and were simply very unhelpful. It took involving their store manager for this matter be settled, again, all for a simple parcel collection.
Has great options for everyday items, as well as Ready to est meals and On the go meals.
Very convenient when you run out of any household items. Sensible prices, etc. Good car parking. And good products. Recommend .Jeff, S .LeamingtonSpa.
