sainsbury’s in leamington spa Shires,ncustomer services at the kiosk outstandingnand always ready to help. when I come in, I need to use them mobility scooter unfortunately as I need a good service because I keep breaking down or not working at all.ncustomer services are always ready to help and always go the extra mile to support me.nEspecially today, the 7th of MaynThere’s always in my bed mobility scooter I couldn’t reach out and she just stopped but she was doing and help me and also give me some good advice and show me the things that she thought that I might like.nI talked to the manager the other day about scooters because of there again he could see me struggling and me and asked if I needed any help thank you but I was okay and said is there anything else I can help you with?nAnd I said you could get scooters sorted out and he said things wrong with them I said well keep turning off and the batteries really low in them. I think they need a good service and he said I will get onto this straight away. I’ve been informed thatnThe manager and the manager at Sainsbury’s and all the staff are really considerate and helpful and I’ve been I need to Sainsbury’s. I don’t know first day open us both kind and so helpful.nEven this security people at the door are really helpful and many times of help me.nI know this is wrong. I’m sorry but I think praises is needed sometimes because a lot of people are quite happy to complain and find that quite easy.nbut I would like to say I’m really happy and the manager manager should be really proud of their customer surface and the people who work on customer service. I’ve been in there for years and everybody is always pregnant and they recognise myself and my husband because always asking for the key.nI am really poorly at the moment, so this is hard for me to do so if I haven’t put anything in the right order and it doesn’t make sense I thought I’m sorry.nnBut there’s a lot of supermarkets round us to choose from and we’re always faithful to Sainsbury’s because of their customer service and the way that their staff are always so helpful would we want to go anywhere else?nnEverybody who works at Sainsbury’s, thank you very much for being so kind. Not really a nice visit when you have the local drunks sat outside yes they didn't ask me for money. But there keen to stop you and say hello when walking past made customers including me awkward. Mentioned it to security and he wasn't bothered as they not begging. I for that reason will shop at asda or tesco

Yeah I go in here quite a lot and I've never had any issues with the stuff. I have found that if you do go to the smaller check out counter next to the magazines that there's often only one person working and they can be quite large cues which is rather frustrating and when that is an issue like this, it takes them a rather a long time to respond to it.
Excellent supermarket great prices . Just one grumpy staff member. Everyone else have been great on our visits
