I came with bike with my friend. We asked this customer service lady if she can just look after it we were like 3 minutes. She was so rude and started saying why u keeping ur bike here. We even asked the security if we can he was really nice and said yes of course!
Got pizza from fresh made to eat in the evening. Pizza smell little and when we check it got yesterday date on it use by 12-12-24.nTry to ring and complain no customer service option. Very disappointed . Heath and safety should look into it out of date cheese pizza.
Great time to visit just before 9m. Easy parking most days, including today. Lots of stock arranged and being arrange, not great just before Christmas. Several cold shelves and freezer cabinets were completely empty. No indication of reason, for these reasons we were unable to purchase several items.
Dropped in at Sainsbury's, Newbury Park branch in King George Avenue at 19:30. Went to the self-service checkout and was a prompt on the till and we needed store assistance. Therefore, we asked for assistant to help us with the prompt. Hayley was the name of the assistant to approach us, with a very laid back attitude, we waved at her, she saw us but did not even acknowledge us, on the way to us, she stoped to assist some other customer which was fair enough and understanable, but in the moment we felt she did it on purpose, as she was clearly annoyed. She did clear the prompt on the till for us, however before we could finish with our questions she left passing comment rudely saying 'you are welcome'. We didn't even have the chance to say 'thank you' as we were not finished with the till and had other quiries. At first we wondered whether the comment was addressed to us and it made us baffled, we were processing for a while, thinking what happened and if the comments for us. It was so rude of her to pass such comments without even asking if we had any other queries or assistance required. We were not there to teach her customer service, rather were looking for good customer service from the company, as she is the company representative. The comments just made our Friday evening shocked and made us feel stupid. We went to Sainsbury's to grab our Friday evening stuff and in return received a very appaling and hurtful treatment from Sainsbury's customer service assistant named Hayley. I hope she is not mean and rude to other shoppers.
Accepted my click and collect order. Went to pick up, they didn't even have it in stock. Took them 30mins to deal with my issue. Rubbish store.
