Went for a pair of trousers but no fitting room. The lady said you can bring them back for free. I said it's not free it's my money my time my fuel. I do not enjoy this modern world,it is a massive store plenty of room for a small changing room.
Just realised that they have removed a load of parent and child spaces to make a drive thru click and collect. Great idea to get rid of a handful of spaces that were already a struggle to find given that there wasn't many in the first place!nThis drive thru could have been done and the other end of the car park where no one wants to park as it is leaving parents with kids better parking options.
First and probably last time using the newly positioned click and collect. Signage from the entrance to it is remarkably small and easily missed.nWho's bright idea was it to relocate it from an area of the carpark that's hardly used to a very busy area and removing loads of parent and child places to do so. Upon arrival you need to press a button and speak name and order number into a machine - obviously the order number is a nice long 10 digit number. Cars backed up queueing whilst waiting for orders to be collected and packed into cars. No longer get a stack of empty crates so that you don't need to bend to the ground.nCan't think of anything positive to say about the new location unless you need to use the inpost lockers at the same time.
Today I’ve found the perfect analogy for this shop today. In the store today was a big freestanding display for a new product; Oreos and Cream Egg fusion. Inside the display was nothing but standard Oreos.nThat’s it, that’s this shop. Looks and promises everything but delivers very little. They boast a large Gluten Free aisle but it’s constantly trashed and out of stock of everything.nSpeaking of stock I can’t be the only one that finds they can’t keep stock for love nor money; they ran out of cucumbers for about 3 weeks. Cucumbers. Fruit is rotting in the packages with 3 days left on their use by date. One day the entire bread aisle is scalped, the next the entire pizza freezer is empty, the next entire shelves of rice are missing and so on, constantly.nnThe prices are disgusting they go up every 7 weeks it seems. You’ll load half a shallow trolly and your scanner reads £50. I have 7 items.nnThey’ve pulled up half of their Family parking spaces to stick in the smallest Click and Collect bay in Christendom.nnThe staff who work for the Sushi kiosk periodically exit through the shop’s side door carrying a bucket of something and unceremoniously dump it in the grass next to the supermarket.nnAnd… if you go upstairs to the Tu clothings the children’s underwear is in the corner with no lights. What the hell, Sainsbury’s?nnFrom a distance, it’s a grand supermarket of dreams and shopping desires. Up close, it’s a dirty shell with no stock and dark corners
Untrained staff zero customer service experience and very racist against foreigners buyers. Unfortunately zero knowledge on how to fill up forms.nThey ban me from store because their self scan scanners they don't work properly. ....sad what could finish in 1 minutes end up being verbal abuse by security and mistreated buy the cashier. Very racist treated in front of my kids and wife, acused of stealing even do I paid for the items and who gose to steal with two kids and wife?nRacistnUnprofessionalnRudenUntrained staffnRacist especially against foreignersnZero experience on how to descaled a situation.nZero for this store.nMentioned that today is 16/02/2026 and I will attach a form wich I have received today with the 7 January 2026 date.nI will personally seek for legal advice.
