Used the bra fitting service here and Christine was fantastic! She made sure I was comfortable, finding many different options of bra for me to try until I was happy. She checked everything fitted well and was professional, polite and kind for my entire visit. I would highly recommend their service as they seem to have happy and cheerful members of staff, which is a joy to see.

Lots of buying options under one roof, from fruits, vegetables, bakery items, frozen food items, snacks, clothing etc.. the staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Located in the retail park in Stanway has plenty of parking. There is a Bus stop in less than 10 mins walkable distance.nM&S products are generally of premium quality. It was a great shopping experience at Marks & Spencer’s Stanway.

Love the food department of Marks, top quality esp the bakery.  I wish it was a tad cheaper but you do get what you pay for and if you do the offers it helps lower it a bit.  Staff are always helpful and friendly.

First thing in the morning best time to go. Spacious, good air con, well spaced out, has food court too. Not too cluttered.nPlenty of car parking, other selection of shops there too.

Disappointed by the range of food on offer in the cafe. It was missing things I'd expect to find eg Percy pig juices for kids and sausage rolls. You also have to order via touchscreen, which made me feel like I was in McDonald's not M&S. It is a big space and our order came quite quickly, but it felt impersonal, so not really what I would want from M&S.
