Phone number option 2 is closed even though ypur listed as open.nPlease ban nectar, it causes so much stress and aggravation to customers to often.nNot honouring nectar price.
Small city centre store. The parking slots at street level are a little small. Better to park underground.nThe variety of goods on sale is obviously limited by the stores size.nThe toilets aren't up to date.nThe photos are of London Colney Sainsbury's which is a five star store.
No baskets. Trolleys available only by going back outside along building to other side of double doors with out of order sign,but I've seen staff using door but space used for flowers/plants sales areas so wet walks for a trolley unnecessary but avoid cars and rain it's necessary because customers especially disabled not cared about for extra selling space. No longer shop there because of this.
I’ve been using this shop for years. It was never my favourite shop - always seemed a bit shabby - until the pandemic when the manager was excellent and the quality of food was good, especially given the supply problems at the time. Since that manager has moved on, it has gone downhill again.nPoor selection of foods. If you want grains/pulses you are extremely limited.n“Fresh” fruit and veg which is anything but. If there was a market for antique garlic and lemons - it’d be perfect.nPesto sauce on the shelf which you’ll only realise is £1:50 more expensive when you get to the till because it hasn’t been priced correctlynDoor has been broken for ages; scales are often out of use. Store just looks grubby.nIn the past 2 months, there have been 2 occasions where SmartShop was unavailable because of server issues. So you pay OTT if like me you only have your Nectar card linked to your Smart Shop app.nIm voting with my feet and not going back
Quality products. Wide variety of products. Easy to buy. As for the price, it is a little higher than elsewhere.
