Unacceptable behaviour of a staff member, Zsolt Biro, during my recent visit to your store on 24/01/25nnWhile shopping, I was unable to locate coconut milk and politely attempted to ask Zsolt Biro for assistance. He was standing nearby, listening to a disagreement between another staff member and a customer, alongside a security guard. Despite my repeated attempts—four times—to get his attention, he ignored me. When he eventually responded, he rudely stated that the coconut milk was in the next aisle. However, after searching, I was still unable to find it.nnAs he walked down the aisle with a female colleague, I informed him that I still couldn’t locate the item. Instead of assisting me properly, he again rudely responded that the shelves were empty and the item was out of stock. When I questioned his rudeness, he shockingly told me to “piss off.”nnFeeling extremely disrespected, I asked a female colleague to call for a manager. I eventually spoke to Bernard, who, although he assured me he would speak to Zsolt about his behavior, appeared unsympathetic and unconcerned about the situation.nnI am truly disgusted by the level of customer service I experienced. No customer should be treated with such disrespect, and I am appalled that a member of your staff would behave in such an unprofessional manner. Furthermore, Bernard’s dismissive attitude only added to my frustration.
Excellent costumer service. I had a issue with my Lidl plus card and staff helped me. Special thanks to Sebastian very fast, patient and kind.
Broken trolleys abound. No more security guard. No more stuff downstairs. Great gaps on the shelves and staff that damage your goods as they throw them through the till. I live very close by but won't ever be back. Much better to drive down to Wealdstone for the BIG branch. Way better. This one is now a sad pit of uncaring, uninterested staff and bad stock. Avoid.
Good value in general. Plenty of self service tills, though I wanted to get served by a person who would make sure I had the right discount taken off. Good thing I did this as the receipt showed up as full price and the cashier was very helpful when I pointed out the price
Spacious and full of food at a low price. The bakery section looks great and is well stocked. Also has lots of non food items like clothing, utensils, camping, etc. Parking was easy and there is ground floor covered parking if it's raining. Tills are reasonably fast and there is a self checkout with 10 tills.
