I am very disappointed with the crusty buns I purchased from the Lidl Watford store. They were clearly old, likely from the previous day, hard and none were fresh. This isn't the first time I've encountered stale bakery products from this store. It's unacceptable to sell day-old items. Please address this issue as it affects customer Satisfaction
First visit today, very clean, nice wide aisles . Was a pleasure to shop there and I hate shopping. Only one draw back is the traffic on main road to entrance.
Good prices for own products but same as other supermarkets for big brands, would like to see more brands shopping here feels more like when on a holiday and need few bits to get through not a local home one. Staff member seemed moody to serve us too as he wanted to close till but we had already put food on till side.
Spacious and full of food at a low price. The bakery section looks great and is well stocked. Also has lots of non food items like clothing, utensils, camping, etc. Parking was easy and there is ground floor covered parking if it's raining. Tills are reasonably fast and there is a self checkout with 10 tills.
I come regularly here to shop. Parking is not that bad. Shop has in stock most things, best to come early to find what you need.
