Went shopping this morning and was pleased to see Julian working on the self checkouts. This man is always very polite helpful and friendly. He always has a big smile which is nice when so many staff on self serve checkouts look like they're doing you a favour so it makes a change to find someone like him and an asset to Sainsburys at Westwood Cross.

Ordered out food and coffee. Then the lady who served us started cleaning rather then making out coffees. My mates food came out before our coffee was even made, plus the other women who ended up making our coffee didn't even know the difference between a latte and a normal coffee. So except getting a latte and vanilla latte we ended up getting just normal coffee and the food was bog standard, and tasted horrible. Also I only see raw meat chopping boards anywhere ......... how can they get away with cutting everything on raw meat boards

It's a large, well-stocked store, staff always friendly, and it's clean and well organised if you've ever been to the Sainsbury's in Canterbury, this one is MUCH bigger and more logically laid out : Large clothes/homeware section, and with an Argos in store, plus a Timpsons with Dry Cleaning, it really is convenient. On the site, you can also charge your electric vehicle, and there's a petrol station too.

Rudest staff ever, got a voucher sold by Sainsbury's Westwood cross two days eatlier,, go to pay for Christmas shopping and vouchers don't work ,, and they wont help at all till Wednesday,, we will never use Sainsbury's again

A large shop with a fair size clothing section, cafe and of course Argos. The food area is well laid out so it is easy to look at all the products that they have.  The staff have always been friendly and helpful.
