Some staff members who work at the customer service desk are RUDE! Last Saturday 2 male staff members have been rude to me! I kindly asked them to add 3 points on my Nectar card. I gave to them the receipt. They wanted to see the bank card I used for the payment. They gave to me the impression they did not believe the receipt belonged to me. They wanted to see my bank card only for adding 3 points! Very poor customer service towards a genuine and a regular customer like me!

Poor customer service in Edgware, massive queue today and no baskets to hold your items at the door . When expressed this to lady at the customer service till , she didn’t seem very interested. I understand weekends are busy and maybe they were short staff , but the way to come across to a customer feedback wasn’t the best .
Very impressed with the security guard who had a tough time with two unruly girls. They gave him a hard time mocking him and making him follow them round the store. He was very composed, patient and did his job until two girls left the store. He should be commended.
It was absolutely manic there. It was all self service and nobody on the cashier desk. I had to pay for the car park as I was queuing for so long. I will not be going there again.
