store is usually tidy and has a large selection of items that you can’t easily find in other supermarkets. However they really need to get stricter about the parent/ child parking bays. Every time I go it’s hard to find a spot and then I see at least 3-4 cars that shouldn’t be parked there, I know because I sometimes have to breastfeed in the car and can observe people clearly without any children parking in those spots, meanwhile parents with children having to park in other spots struggling to get the buggy / children out.
The store is good for your basic needs, it does it well. The issue is the bathrooms are hardly ever cleaned! It smells and my mum has literally walked in and seen faeces all over the floor. You also have to use self checkout quite often due to the tills not being open...not an issue for all but I've heard people complain before. The staff are a miss or hit, some are nice and helpful and then there's some who can hardly help. In all, Do go this store. Its not awful but needs improving...just don't go to the bathrooms!
This is my local and usually it’s really well stocked and staff are helpful and friendly. I’ve had the odd occasion where I found one member of staff to be a little rude but I went to the customer service and they ended up sorting my problem out. It is a very busy store so I think overall it’s actually really good!
Staff on the self checkout have to be the most miserable, rude and unhelpful people I’ve met in my life. Providing basic customer service when you are literally paid for it shouldn’t be hard.
Receipt scanning on the way out is terrible. But the parking is much improved over that stupid barcode scanner thing they had for a while!
