Easy to navigate around the store. Plenty of space between the aisles. Good overall selection of food and clothing. Plenty of open manned tills, or self service. Plenty of parking. Good spaces between cars.
If you are going to have self service tills, please make sure they work and are monitored by someone competent. Ours seemed to be manned by some sort of sarcastic ape. Poor customer service given to many customers not just ourselves, with random insults thrown in. He couldn't even keep up with the rate the things were flashing errors. Terrible. Edit: A positive recent experience with great customer service earned 3 stars, will further adjust if this continues.
Nothing offended me here. I got an alternative to what I was after. Big, clean, excellent parking, good layout. It was an alright experience.
Wonderful place for dinner with family and friends a really accommodating vegan selection. Juicy big burgers and fab fish n' chips. Chips either thick or thin are fabulous!
Needed a few items of shopping so popped in on way home,helpful and friendly staff.Will definately visit there again in the future

Got everything I went in for. The store is clean, tidy and well stocked. The store staff were most helpful.
Love the fact that they have a sushi counter and also stock Wasabi products. No longer stock magazines which is a shame but otherwise have a really good range of products.
Overpriced by comparison to other supermarkets but then again the nectar card is handy to make savings
