This place Is awful. It's better to pay more or travel a little to go somewhere better! I asked the lady to leave my eyebrows thick and she took half of it off! Followed by blaming my eyebrow for the rubbish job she did! I told her I've been to a million places who have never done this to me before and she responds with "oh".

I loved this place!!! I come here all the time for my eyebrows and waxing and they do such a great job! The end result is always amazing and worth the money, which isn't even that expensive comparing to so many places! I would recommend this to anyone! I have been going here for like 4 years! Love it! The customer service isn't very good because they keep talking in their own language and doesn't communicate with their customers well but I love the end result Of my eyebrows! If they had better customer service than i would rate this 5 out of 5 stars.

Awful customer service. Very rude, made patches in my eyebrows and still asked for payment. Really unfriendly and uncomfortable.

I have been hear many times they do such a lovely job with my eye brows I have them threaded and tinted and love them all the time. I have also had my eye lashes done hear and would recommend this place. The staff have never been anything but lovely. I have been going hear for about a year now.

Actually I didn't want to give a single star but I had too.. This worst place ever in my life I have done my eyebrows I clearly explained how I wanted still she didn't bothered to listen properly.And ruined my brows..stupid women
