When we first went there staff very helpful, we paid for 4weeks , the paperwork you have to do is very involved lots of small print, we there for 3weeks then got a completion date very quickly on our move, emailed them then was told you have to give two weeks notice which then was a further cost , I was not at all happy they had our money for 4weeks moving out after 3 so paid for 4 so on top of that we had to pay more. When you have your goods in storage it is very hard to know when you my complete . So safe storage did well money for 4weeks and a further payment as we did nor give them two weeks notice not a bad business to be in.

Thank you to all the wonderful people at the Eastbourne branch. The service was fantastic and all so helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.
Very good service, everyone we have come across has been friendly and helpful. The introduction price helps with the cost. They supply trolleys and the lifts can hold 2 of them, easy to get a small sofa inside . The rooms are clean and have mesh roofs. The doors are secure, they sell locks and you can choose if you want a room on the ground floor or upper floor. It's a touch dark in the rooms as the lights are in the corridors . Overall we have been impressed, things in storage for 2 months and nothing has been damaged, easy to turn up and collect things on the day.
A great option if you are looking to store. Good facilities, secure, helpful and friendly staff and a good price. Thank you all
This is how it should be done. Sometimes you need temporary storage because things have not gone to plan such as a house move, which is stressful enough. The team at SafeStore Eastbourne are so helpful and friendly, on some days, dealing with them is the only thing that is going right. This team make themselves part of the solution not the problem. I can’t recommend them enough.
Safe store have been very professional in their dealings with myself and thank you to Chris and all the other staff that I have met whilst using the storage and the expertise in explaining how everything works, I would recommend your company and would not hesitate to use it again. Really impressed with Safestore Eastbourne. Everyone there I've had contact with has been incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable. Their customer service is second to none. Using and accessing the storage unit is very easy and I think their prices are good value for money too. They helped make what could have been a highly stressful time of moving so much easier, and dare I say, good fun....thank you!
