Absolutely recommend this place. I choose it to put all of my stuff for two months for the summer while I was away. Very good team and environment. They helped me to put all of my luggages in a student cage which was very large. Big thanks to Henry who followed me for the end of the contract.
Every staff member was incredibly helpful and supportive to serve every customers. I’m especially grateful to Mr. Henry Cilliers, who went out of his way to lend me a power bank when my phone died. When we realized the power bank wasn’t working properly, he used his own Google Maps to guide me home, ensuring I was safe and comfortable. It’s truly an honor for Safe Store Kingscross to have a staff member like him!

Bad experience over the phone. Requested a quote for 10 square feet storage unit only to have a call with a rude manager Henry who said 10 square feet wasn’t available but he would give me shared student cage for the same price lol. When I asked him how is that fair that the worse unit is being offered for the same price he said he wouldn’t argue with me and I’m free to book something else instead. Their prices are ridiculous, 20£ a week plus insurance for a shared unit? When big yellow offers cheaper price for separate unit and provides better customer service. To avoid.
A good place to put your stuffs while you are away. It’s affordable and the room is quite big. On my moving day, I met Amina in the receptionist who is really helpful. Thank you so much.. it is really hard to find my storage without your help..
Less than a star ! Hi I’m absolutely heartbroken ,I’m in a difficult and distressing situation. Which affected my physical health and my mental health.As my belongings means a lot to me mentally and all my stuff I bought from my savings.I’m still in shock and I can’t believe it. You didn’t give a final notice or tell me that you will auction it I checked last email was regarding payment with a link that’s it no warring that you will sell my stuff if I did pay or anything final notice as I just checked as I explained before I had a surgery and was in the hospital so I was in a critical condition. I know you have got a lien over my belongings but first you have to give an option or a notice before doing what you did. You had to give the option and you could hold on to My belongings before auction it . It’s so unfair and I just want my belongings that’s it please. Give me the number of the auction And I need the number of the debt collection ASAP as I asked on the phone? I’ll pay my outstanding and I’ll pay upfront. There’s no humility please!Important to read and reply I’ve been sent you emails but no responses what so ever. I need the number of the agency collection and the receipts of the items that been sold and the amount it been collected. It’s my right. Booked in a locker for 4 weeks, with a clear start and end date. Was told upon vacating that I didn’t give 2 weeks notice and was forced to pay an additional £91 for no notice. Terrible customer service told me there was nothing they could do about it, and snickered at my situation Would not use again
I have had a unit here for 3 months, while I found a new home it was easier to sell with no chain and store my belongings temporarily, and the staff is really nice and helpful. Henry is the best, and Sarah-Rose the second best!
