READ THIS ! The most terrible experience of my life!!! I was paying for the storage for 5 years to eventually get 50% of my stuff completely destroyed and the other 50% missing!!!! They returned some of my boxes as I packed them, boxes and clothes inside were completely destroyed, after my claim, they decided my boxes were not appropriate for storing and repacked all of my stuff to their boxes after 5 years of me storing with them! As a result i 50% of my most expensive stuff went missing when i order a return for all my boxes. They claim not to take responsibility cause my boxes were not appropriate. Why they realised that 5 years later, how it explains that the most expensive stuff just went missing in the storage - they do whatever they want with your things, take whatever they like, keep on charging you and give you back a garbage bin in return!!!!! I basically not only lost my life savings in clothes and other stuff but i was also paying this people to robe me!!!!! and there is no way to proof anything, cause it is your word against theirs!!! I do not understand how it is even possible that this fraud company is still operating and police does not do anything about it!!!!!
This is the WORST storage service ever. Let me just advice you, DO NOT PATRONISE THEM. I have added photos of how this disgusting company returned my luggage to me. To make it worse I paid extra for it to be delivered on a certain date and instead they delivered it 5 days later and they did not even call me to inform me that it won’t be delivered on time. To top it off, they have an almost nonexistent customer service support. It’s not possible for you to call them you can only email. I emailed them to file a complaint for breaking my luggage but they replied back to me 4 weeks after only to tell me that according to their terms and conditions they’re are not liable for the damages on the outside of my suitcase. What is that even supposed to mean!!!!! Very disgusting and nasty company.
At first, I was content with my choice of using LOVESPACE when they picked up my items even though they were late. Now months after, when I wanted to get my items returned back to me, they have proved that they are an untrustworthy company, completely incapable of providing acceptable let alone professional service for the fees we customers pay. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you can avoid using LOVESPACE, do so at all costs. I stored 17 boxes with them and only 16 were returned to me. I have waited nearly a month for my last box to be delivered and yet it is still not here. After too many emails promising that items will be delivered on 3-4 separate occasions, I am beyond tired of these lies. In a response to an email I sent today, 3 weeks after all 17 boxes were due to arrive, they said a request has been created “to search for this box which may take a few weeks”. To wait for what may potentially be a couple of months or more is pathetic, it is an embarrassing display of the company’s capabilities to deliver. Thus far, no compensation has been offered and that obviously reflects their lack of desire for customer retention and a good customer experience. Frankly, the fact that 2 of my fans have been damaged has almost slipped my mind, overshadowed by this. I was patient the first few times the box was not sent but LOVESPACE as you have seen above has gone beyond what is acceptable. They have completely forgotten that I am a paying customer. That’s all.
Great collection services - Darius is really helpful on moving stuff out! Even the accommodation reception gave us a bit trouble driving in, he is really patient for the wait. Communications went smoothly and overall it’s just a great experience!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Scheduled delivery of my boxes for a day and the driver didn't show up didn't even call or anything. The phone number was not working, due allegedly to 'too much demand' and my emails sent during working hours were ignored. I paid extra money to have the boxes delivered on the chosen date, as I needed the items urgently, now I will have to miss class at university to wait for them for hours at my flat next week, given that they don't even communicate a precise delivery window. Truly appalling, will not be recommending it to anyone.
-- International Shipping -- I'll try to write down the facts in a chronological and most objective manner: 1 It took a MONTH for them to gather some measurements needed for customs it's under their standard operations. 2 Once the measurements-gathering operation was completed in grand delay; I asked, following their procedures, to prepare the boxes to be picked up by a third party. Non only did they NOT prepare the boxes for pick-up, but DHL driver also had to wait outside the storage facility for a delivery that wasn't going to take place. IT HAPPENED TWICE, still pending. 3 I called some of LOVESPACE partners to get some insight into the company as the only effective way to communicate through them is via email -- even that didn't change the outcome of events- - The partners are upset as well, as there seem to be numerous cases similar to mine where communication and logistics are as inefficient and ineffective. Even they are aware that there is now an ample database of unfulfilled or extremely delayed orders. 4 It's a loophole. Unfortunately, while the nice and patient lady that has been replying to my emails was doing her best to sort the situation out, no action went accordingly to what they stated. The response, quite frankly, seems to be coming from that of an infant, pointing fingers around on who's to blame for responsibility. I am not trying to be using derogatory terms or mislead potential customers. I have merely states the actual facts, and from my and LOVESPACE partners' understanding this situation has been presenting itself to numerous other customers.
I booked a shipping order with them when moving within the UK. They did not contact me appropriately for pick up of my boxes. But i was willing to overlook that as the delivery driver picked up my boxes but they added an extra box to my order and charged me extra instead of picking up the order how I had booked it. Which means I am still awaiting a refund for one of my bookings. But the biggest issue is now that they have all my boxes and I am unable to get in touch with them and the customer service refuse to help me or give me information regarding my order. I took off my work days to receive my boxes but with no notification from them I emailed them for them to say oops we will deliver them tomorrow. I still havent received my boxes. My entire house is in them. And i cant call them. Please book with a bit more expensive more reliable service. You cant even get in touch with the love space team for emergencies. And I have emailed them repeatedly to receive no replies regarding my delivery options.
When the boxes were delivered back to me, they did not arrive on the date I selected and paid for. After many emails and a non-working phone number, I was given a delivery date one week later. On the new day of delivery my boxes did not arrive and they postponed it for another two days. I had arrived in England and had nothing, despite trying to speak to them, they did nothing to get the boxes to me as soon as possible despite their delay. The way they work is disastrous. I do not recommend it.
DO NOT STORE WITH THIS COMPANY I had 6 of the 7 boxes/suitcases delivered to me from their storage facility and they have not responded to the emails I've sent about my missing bag. Their number does not work so I've been left completely in the dark and they have my suitcase, for all I know it could have been stolen or damaged. I am a student and many of my friends and classmates search for storage places when on holiday, now that I know this company is careless and unresponsive I will never recommend it to someone else at least until I manage to have my suitcase returned to me.
This is absolutely a fraudulent company! If there is a negative score can be given, I definitely give the lowest score! After lying to us for a month that they would deliver my all items to my place, there was no delivery, no notice, and no contact with me at all! This week is the fourth time this month to cheat me! Until now I still do not know where my items are, and I have decided to go to the police station to report.
