I recently purchased a house from Safair Home in Liverpool, and unfortunately, it has been a very disappointing experience. From the start, the company has failed to meet basic standards in several critical areas.nn1. Poor Quality of ConstructionnThe quality of the construction is far below what was promised. There are numerous defects in the property, and it feels like cheap materials were used throughout. It's frustrating to see corners cut on such an important investment.nn2. Unprofessional ServicenThe customer service has been extremely unprofessional. Whenever I raised concerns about the issues, I was met with unresponsive and unhelpful staff. Getting any follow-up or action from the company has been a struggle, and it seems like they are not interested in solving the problems.nn3. Lack of Skilled LabornThe work done on the house appears to have been carried out by unskilled laborers. This is evident in the poor finishes and the number of issues that have emerged shortly after moving in. It’s clear that the workers lacked experience, and this has affected the overall quality of the home.nn4. No AccountabilitynWhat makes this experience even more frustrating is the company’s lack of accountability. Despite multiple complaints, no one from Safair Home has taken responsibility or made any serious effort to address the issues.nnOverall, I would not recommend Safair Home to anyone looking to buy a property. The stress and frustration of dealing with their poor-quality work and unprofessional service have made this a regrettable purchase.
Literally would’ve done zero stars if I could. They don’t even deserve 1. The after sales care is appalling, the sales staff act as if you never existed once those keys get handed over, in fact, once your deposit is paid that’s when it all starts.nMost days I have no access to my house, they block and close the road, dig huge holes outside my drive without warning, the contractors they hire are worst of the worst. They argue and swear at each other right outside. I’ve even had builders swear at me!!! They’re awful from sales staff right through. I’ve had leaks from the day we got our keys. Awful builds with zero care .
Do not buy a house from Gleeson! Lots of defects, poor plumbing work constant leaks everywhere, no drainage system so the garden and garage is constantly flooded, etc. After care is almost non existent. They have excuses for every defect and try to blame it on the customer. If they manage to 'fix' the defect, they do it to the absolute minimum or break something else in the meantime. Our biggest regret was getting a house from gleeson. Absolutely disappointing!
We have bought a house from Glesson last April and since then we have lots if defects which they didn’t fix. There guarantee is rubbish and their is no after sale care!!! We regret that we have bought our home from them. Do not recommend them to anyone at all!!! They still even didn’t come to do our fencing after nearly 1 year of completion.
Nothing called postsales followup,no response once you receive the key.keeping on contacting for defects they made,stil waiting
