I am so glad I was introduced to S-Thetics and Miss Sherina Balaratnam. I am so impressed by the dedicated care I have received. Miss Balaratnam's passion, care and expertise is truly wonderful! I am so delighted with the results from my first HydraFacial! I am nearing 40 and had been bothered by a few problem wrinkles and generally dull and tired looking skin. After my initial in-depth consultation I was recommended the HydraFacial (with a few personalised tweaks). Following my first treatment my skin instantly felt and looked more perky, plump and radiant, with my wrinkles noticeably reduced! The difference astounding and so natural! Just like reversing the clock! I have since been using the recommended IS Clinical range of skincare and I am extremely happy with the improvement and youthfulness in my skin. I now feel so confident going out wearing hardly any makeup and feeling so proud of my skin!! I will certainly be continuing this skincare regime and looking forward to my next HydraFacial!

I’ve now had several HydraFacial treatments over a period of time and I have to say they are fantastic, many have said how glowing my skin looks and I really feel they have made a difference to the texture and tone of my skin. I’m so pleased I found S-Thetics and Miss Sherina Balaratnam. I’m impressed by the dedicated care I have received. Miss Balaratnam's care and expertise Is fantastic. Whilst I live and work in a London I definitely feel it’s worth the journey to picturesque Beconsfield for these treatments. The other clinic staff are also great and it’s always a pleasure and a treat to visit. They also do in-depth skin analysis, products and of course other treatments, S-thetics will always be my first port of call for any face and body treatments. Fabulous all round.

Found S-Thetics online and spoke to a lady on the phone who said that I could come in and chat to them regarding a scar that I had. When I spoke to Sherina Balaratam she laughed at me questioning whether I thought I was getting surgery, and laughed saying they didn't offer surgery she then continued to suggest I went to the NHS constantly referring to money and how it would be cheaper. I felt very intimidated and as though I didn't look worthy or like I could afford the treatments they offered. I didn't know anything about the clinic and spoke in detail to the lady on the phone previous to visiting who informed me it would be best to come in as she believed it to be something they could assist with. Why did she tell me to come in if it wasn't the case? To then intimidate me throughout the process, question if I used UV Rays on my skin etc, the whole process was awful. Money was not a problem for me and I very much felt like they believed it would be and treated me like I was a waste of time. May be worth training your reception team on diagnosis before treating your customers like they are the stupid ones. I am glad I didn't use the clinic, I would not recommend it in the slightest.

I visited S-Thetics in July 2017 as I had started to become bothered by my face looking "sad". I had lost volume and just looked tired. After an in-depth consultation with Miss Sherina Balaratnam, where she discussed all my options in great detail but in an easy to digest manner, we decided facial fillers would give me the results I required. I have to say, although I am happy to tell people I have had this done, I did want to look natural and like myself - just fresher! Sherina did a marvellous job and I could not be happier with the results. She has magic hands! The entire experience has been a pleasure and I will certainly use the clinic again. Not only is Sherina a marvel - professional but very friendly and obviously very skiiled - but the rest of the staff are equally lovely, making you feel at ease from the moment you walk through the door. If you are looking to enhance - amen, cough - your natural beauty, this is the place to go!

Once you have discovered S-Thetics Clinic and the work of Dr Sherina you will never want to go any where else! I had Juverderm filler treatment to my cheeks, nose to mouth and lip area. I spent a lot of time researching where to go for this as I didn't want the end result to produce a puffy face that looks like it's had work! I had a long and very thorough discussion about my concerns beforehand and I have to say the results were more than I could have ever imagined! I just look totally refreshed and relaxed, not 'done' at all. Not only was I delighted with my results but the post treatment follow up from the clinic is exceptional and second to none! I have found a wonderful Doctor and clinic where I will return time and time again.
