I have been with the S-Thetics from the start it’s been absolutely life changing.  I went to them to find out how to deal with my acne and acne scarring with Sherina and her team. The team at Sthetics is amazing they are full of knowledge and will make you feel at comfortable in all areas of the clinic. Any questions or queries are answered  in detail and will never offer treatments that won’t suit your skin. They always have your best interest at heart. I have had fire and ice treatments, hydro facials, needling and lasers from ENDYMED. All of these have transformed my skin and My scarring is hardly noticeable, it’s smooth, my skintone is even and glowing! Having all these treatments I’ve learnt so much about my skin and how to take care of it. They told me about Is Clinical and set me up with a skincare regime which I swear by, I can’t go away without it. My confidence has grown so much. I struggled with acne for many years unable to leave the house without a full face of make up and now to hardly ever wearing make up. I cannot recommend S-thetics enough they will offer the best thing for you and will grow your confidence.

Previously, I’ve always gone to one of Londons “top” clinics whatever that means!, for treatments so to find Sherina & her wonderful team nearby, has been a HUGE blessing in many ways.  On my first visit, Sherina spent quality time with me, I was shown around the various treatment rooms & was amazed to see the investment made in the avant garde equipment which would blow some of Londons clinics out of the water.  I had Botox to my underarms which is quite painless & gives excellent long lasting results for me 8-10 months, I don’t sweat excessively & by having this treatment, it just gives confidence that there’s no unsightly sweat stains.  I’ve subsequently had 2 “Intraceuticals with Celluma light Therapy” treatments with the lovely Adrienne, which plumped up & refreshed my skin making it glow again  I’m so looking forward to my next visit……. I have been a patient of Miss Balaratnam's for a year now and during that time my skin has been transformed. My initial enquiry was as a first time user for botox and filler, but without really knowing what I needed....I just knew my face needed some help!  From the initial consultation I have been on a journey of education and discovery and my results have exceeded all expectations. I have embraced her recommendations for skincare and the quality of my skin is improving month on month. This week I had a laser treatment for the first time on my face and neck. It was a painless experience without any downtime and I could see the results immediately which have just got better and better over the last two weeks. I'm thrilled!  I cannot recommend Miss Balaratnam and her amazing team enough, they truly encompass the best in science, art and patient care. Everything about my experience has been exceptional and I would never go anywhere else.

I first came to S-Thetics searching for medical grade skin treatment outside of London; S-Thetics provide that whilst giving you a comfortable, personable and tailored experience. The team and atmosphere at S-Thetics are extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. Miss Balaratnam has always filled me with confidence and given me hope. I am excited to continue with my treatments and restoring my skin health.

I came to sthetics to have 4 sessions of emsculpt neo on my abs and glutes. I was blown away by my whole experience and each member of the team I met was absolutely amazingly beautiful human beings. Sana on reception  who gives you the warmest of welcomes and is an absolute joy to meet. Lydia who did my first session plus another was again an absolute joy to meet and talked me through everything in great detail, also explaining other things they offer there and what all the amazing machines do. She also gave me some awesome beauty tips which I'm keeping up with everyday since. Cheryl who did my second session with me was also a joy to meet and I really enjoyed talking to her. Miss Sherina who was part of each one of my visits, talking me through everything and making sure I'm ok and checking in on how I'm finding it all. Miss Sherina is so attentive and she made me feel so good about myself, I felt totally at ease in her presence. Her knowledge and experience is second to none and I'm truly thankful to of found her and the sthetics team. If you want to feel good you simply must just go here. No questions just book a treatment and go you will feel tons better after I promise. I felt awful before this procedure, overall like a wobbly mess. But after the first session I could feel my abs had been pulled back together I could feel abs I didnt have before and when I got home I could do a plank for 30secs. Doesn't sound a lot but I could barely do 15secs before as my core was just non existent. 4 sessions on and I can now plank for 2mins, my workouts feel a breeze now where as before they where sluggish and just hard work on my lower back. I feel stronger and my posture has Improved. I can now see a waist line where as before I just looked like an ironing board I now have curves woo hoo! And as for the butt its looking good its definitely lifted and curved and I can see my workouts are actually giving me results now which I just didn't see before. I'm so looking forward to my top up session in a couple of months time and to see the lovely team once again at sthetics.

Dec 2021 - diary update:  So other than Covid-related disruptions to my skin care over the last 2 years, I have mostly kept up with a consistent skin routine. Had another session of Picosure and have seen the back of a very stubborn dark patch on my skin... how truly tremendous!  Its also been a little over a year since my Hydrafacial Keravive journey - everyone, bar none - have commented on the improvement of my hair. What a result.. now dont get me wrong,.. I still have some stubborn spots, but honestly.. I am super happy with the results and my hair continues to grow and thicken.  Now, I really want to talk about the new Emsella treatment - ladies... two words - stress incontinence.... Feel my pain?.. yeah - this treatment is one I am super excited about. It's almost too good to be true - sit on the Emsella device a chair, fully clothed, no embarrassment, no pain, no weirdness..  I have now had 3 sessions out of the recommended 6... and I have seen at least a 40-50% improvement in my ability to control my stress incontinence. I am astounded... but there's more...  Now, how's this for taking this treatment out for a spin and a proper stress test?!..... I caught a cough and a cold last week... I managed to stay dry some of the time when coughing and sneezing my way through the week... OMG- thank you Dr. Balaratnam, for bringing this life-changer to me! It’s the one place during the pandemic I am truly comfortable to go to. Thank you for looking after me so carefully... the team led by a medical doctor is meticulous in their protocols. I am a serial hydrafacialist.. this time, I had an Oxygen facial and lymphatic detox massage... what a treat. Elena, my therapist was wonderful.. explained every step whilst working me into a relaxed puddle of happy cells. The facial made my skin feel so fresh and dewy, the lymphatic drainage gave me lift and definition.  I also indulged in the Endymed treatment, which has significantly reduced the crows feet around my eyes and given me a more defined jawline. it was again conducted to the highest level of care and professionalism.  What else can I say... 10/10. Thank you. _____________________________________ Oct 2019:  Two weeks ago, I was a laser-novice and was nervously excited at the prospect of my PicoSure treatment. I had freckles / age spots that had appeared over the years and scarring from breakouts I have been covering up with concealer for years.. even with using IS clinical products for a number years and my skin quality being pretty decent, I envied an even skin tone and it seemed unattainable.  My PicoSure treatment had a lot riding on it, if it could, it would have crumbled under the burden of my expectations fuelled by the rave reviews and the science behind the laser. I was made comfortable, numbing cream applied,  talked through what to expect and off we went... it was uncomfortable, sure, but not at all painful like I thought, cool air was at hand to soothe the treated skin. My skin took a mere day and a half to go from pink to normal after treatment.. I never had to hide away, I just put some make up in the next day and went straight back to work!  Two weeks on... my dark spots is distinctly faded.. my skin texture is refined, plumper, brighter and there’s more to come!!! Bring on, treatment two!!! Can’t wait! I had my first ever hydra-facial experience with S-thetics and enjoyed it every step of the way. I really appreciated each product being explained in detail to me before the facial was commenced because it helped me understand the process of the hydra-facial.  I was shown the results of the first step of he treatment on half my face compared to the other half that had not been worked on yet and the results were striking. I could see that half of my face already looked more defined, contoured and lifted. After the complete treatment, my skin felt cleaner, fresher and definitely more bouncy. It felt youthful. The amazing team of S-thetics made it a wonderful experience for me. I must also point out that following the treatment, I commenced on the skincare-line that was recommended to me by the team and the transformation of my skin has been amazing with it. Looking in the mirror has never felt better.

Visited clinic before the pandemic, payed deposit and quoted under £500 for treatment. Couldn’t have treatment straight away due to personal circumstances. Booked in again for consultation when I could roughly a year later as was closed due to pandemic. Told treatment would be quadruple the price. Also referred Mum to have a similar treatment who was quoted near enough my original quote. Emailed to inquire about the spike in price, was told I’d get a call back by the doctor, over 6 months later still waiting for my call. I have a permanent black eye which I am conscious about, if I hadn’t payed a deposit I would have gone elsewhere already.

I had the emsculpt neo treatment in prep for my wedding. I was nervous to begin with as I didn’t know what to expect but I was put at ease immediately. She stayed with me the entire time and explained in detail exactly how the treatment works and the long term benefits. At each appointment, everyone was extremely professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend S-Thetics if you’re thinking about this treatment.

Very happy with my Hydrofacial and Sculpsure submental treatments I had at this clinic as well as the iS clinical skin care regime recommended to me! I had a consultation with Miss Balaratnam and explained that I wanted to look my best for my upcoming wedding, she advised the best treatments and I am very happy with the results. Being in my 20's I didnt want or need any invasive procedures and Miss Balaratnam advised the best treatments to suit my skin and my age. I felt like the best version of myself on my wedding day. I will be returning in the future to keep my skin looking it's best. Thank you S-Thetics!
