Do not use this company unless you have tried everywhere else. Their customer service is atrocious. They only arrange call outs the day previous and will not give any particular time. They only tell you that they will be there between 8.00 and 17.00. If you request a morning or evening slot they just ignore it. They do not realise that people have jobs to go to.

SMC is a joke never ever use this company , their engineer came and damaged my appliance he walked out as if nothing happened , only for me to find out 2 minutes later .The company was so unhelpful.  Don't waste time and money with this company.

Absolute disgrace - been trying to get an engineer to my house for a week and a half. My wife won't even speak to these imbeciles any more. We are fed up waiting for them and hope to never have to deal with them again. A complete and utter shambles!
