Not a single problem with my own experience.nI made my choice online,went and collected it on the same day , the staff at the shop were able to help me as well.n5 's

Beware!n10 weeks later, we are still following up for a refund on an online delivery which arrived several weeks after the estimate delivery date, and during this time was cancelled. Since then we have made weekly calls to the call centre whi refuse to process the refund. They insist on sending an email to curry Enniskillen to confirm the order has not been picked up. No response apparently from Currys Enniskillen so they refuse to process the refund. And the cycle repeats every week with no follow up from Currys.nOn top of this, we have since gone to Currys in person to purchase a new laptop. The laptop was faulty. We brought it back to purchase another and more expensive laptop. They charged us the fee to set up the computer again. No gesture of goodwill or even an acknowledgment of the saga while making a purchase with this company.

We were assisted by David who helped us pick the right item.nnFriendly, helpful and polite staff.

Extremely helpful staff who carried my purchase to the car as I was using a walking stick.
