Thank you so very much for top notch service. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. Also thank you for being extra accommodating, welcoming and Autism friendly. Eating out can be a real challenge for us as a Family. The level of care and understanding was above and beyond. This is how it should be done.

I was a former employee at Snooks but I got fired after only 1 month of working there, I had no negative feedback apart from constructive feedback to increase my learning as a new waiter and also my first ever job. Given positive compliments about my work ethics and pleasing customer with good service. But the crazy, loud and unstable owner Steve Hobbs, rudely and unexpectedly fired me for the only reason that he had was the assumption that "I thought I was better than him", giving the background Information that I never had a full conversation to him nor knows nothing about me or my history. He fired me over an assumption. The man is totally unstable and I have been informed by numerous people who agree along side me that he should not be working there as "he is rude", "has a loose screw in his head" and "ruins the atmosphere of the establishment". Apart from the owner Hobbs the kitchen staff are amazing people as well as waiting staff who treated me well and teached me the basics of being a waiter even with the very short period I worked there, and of course the co-owner Lynne Hobbs who was an utter delight to be working for but sadly the over dominant and aggressive Steve Hobbs forced me out with no understandable and respectful reasoning why. Other than that the food is great but overpriced although the deals they provide make up for it and finally comparing Snooks to multiple steakhouse restaurants I have dined at the decore needs a huge refurbishment, to a more modern atmosphere but that's only positive criticism from myself.

Terrible service tonight partners steak burnt,onions burnt,potato wedges just big clump welded together.my steak was full of gristle. Sent black steak back said it was well done lol was like soot. I've been to this place numerous times for many a year and this is only time I have been served trash like this my dog would have trouble chewing this gristle. Had the cheek to charge for potato wedges and say the black steak was well done. Shocking way to send food out to a table

My wife and I come here at least once a month.... never had a bad meal and the service is first class....really beautiful and tasty food.... never any complaints... Just compliments from us xxx

The lunch is very good value but a large Carter extremely over-priced for where it is and the decor. It's comfortable but like being in a basement. The food is excellent though
