We ordered a chicken tikka masala with green chillies and a chips and cheese. We received the order with only chips and the picture attached as a chicken tikka masala. I phoned back up and the woman was very rude, she said “you asked for fries and I charged you for fries” But i ask for chips and cheese she was lying.when I asked about the curry she said that’s the way we make it. I went back down to the takeaway to show them and they were still rude, she said this is the way they make it and she uses the same chef. The curry was literally pink and didn’t even have green chillies which I asked the chef and he said there was chillies in the curry. Eventually after arguing with them, I told the guy to keep the food, didn’t even offer me a refund or any replacement food. Ended up going someplace else and got very lovely food. Will not be using Chargahs again.
Who ever order their food from this place make sure u don't burnt like this as this mostly like u gona pay for , this definitely something they know before getting it delivered to u but still does it
Hi .we order a veg pizza .it was full of flavor we realy enjoyed it also they give us free mayo sauce it is make the pizza more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place.
Order a Egyptian kebab waited over a hour for delivery food was frozen was missing mushrooms peppers and lamb chicken wasn’t fresh rock hard will not be buying again tried to upload picture
Really enjoyed Chargha’s initially. Portion sizes were generous and I felt it was at a bargain price. However, recent changes to pricing and the same portion now costing £3 more, I would have to reconsider. If you’re looking for a good value, sharing meal for the family, their mixed grill specials/deals are worth. However, a single portion to treat yourself might be sought elsewhere.
