I left a negative comment other day without knowing why we had not got a call back...  I want to apologize for that comment...  Barbara was out with the flu and she is the Only one in office..  I spoke with her and received what we needed immediately.  Once again  I apologize for jumping to a negative conclusion... Customer service is best it can be with only 1 person in office.

Great experience. Prompt response to a plumbing issue, great customer experience, and trust worthy people.  Very happy and will use them again.

Don't call these guys if you want a call back.  After using them 10 years on a commercial building They won't even call me back.
