Family friendly place. Try to visit when weather is good as not raining.  The animals are looked after well and at specified times of the day you can watch certain ones being fed. For example the Snow Leopards and tigers. Plenty of parking spaces and several on site cafes. I was there with my Great Nieces/ Nephew / family and  we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. My young great nephew was in his buggy when moving between the various animal's enclosures.
The paths did not cause any real issues for his buggy. An brilliant, outdoor but safe children's play area is available. Lots of walking to see the“residents “ so ensure you are wearing suitable footwear but we were happy enough . Staff very knowledgeable re the animals. Well worth a visit as a grand day out!

Great place to visit. Lots of animals with good viewing positions for them. Part of the park is drive through and we were feet away from bison, deer and wild horses. Cafe was extremely busy but there is a food van which did great haggis and chips, well worth trying! 

Wonderful views of the cairngorms and we lucked out on the weather, sunny with only a short snow shower.

I've been to Edinburgh Zoo several times and had a certain expectation, my experience was much more than I expected due to the amount of space the Wildlife have and seeing some of the greatest animals we have my favourite being the Wolves. I also went on the park tour and found the ex fireman guide to be very informative... All in all great experience and a must.

We went for the day while on holiday in Aviemore. I felt it was great value for money, and a whole days experience, obviously its better if the weather is good.  We used the cafe, again good value for money.  I would go back and I would recommend it to anyone, young, old, families or just a day to yourself.

Loved it.  All the animals were out & in clear view unlike other zoos we have visited.  Plenty of areas for eating, clean toilets & lovely gift shop.  Amazing location with stunning views. Free parking.
