I went in to print off some pictures to make a birthday card and even though it was quite busy Toby was beyond helpful aiding me to have the pictures printed on to a card. The finished result looked amazing!

I went in there yesterday and I wasn't fond of the rude staff member on the till when I asked just for a plastic bag... she advised they don't sell plastic bags separately when I needed something to hold my stuff, fair enough, but instead being kind, She really spoke down to me when all I asked was a simple question and wasn't eager to help. She looked at me like dirt and the customer in front of me she didn't speak great either. Her body language said it all too, looking down at customers. To be honest, Rymans use to be a good stationary shop but also going in there the prices a little high these days when some of the items I can get cheap elsewhere. Not a place I would shop at like 10 years ago.
Overall nice experience they charge firstly 2.50 pound its quite else good
Excellent service provided at Rymans, and would highly recommend. Popped in to print out some colour, double sided invitations and were helped by Wiktor. He was friendly and well informed, and patient with our requirements. An excellent experience and very happy customers.
I would like to thank all the staff at Rymans for helping me with my photocopying, scanning and stationery shopping. Most recently, Fae helped me to successfully photocopy and scan documents. On a previous occasion, the manager, Kerry and Luke were both very efficient in enabling me to do my printing efficiently and accurately. When I bought some writing books from Rymans, I was very grateful to Kerry for noticing that I had inadvertently picked up some books with squared paper and not lined paper. I was pleased that Kerry politely mentioned that I had a mixture of books with lined and squared paper. I was able to change the books with squared paper for books with lined paper, before I paid for them, thanks to Kerry's "eagle eyes"! Thank you again to all of the staff at Rymans Leicester, who are extremely helpful and friendly.
I asked the girl at the counter I wanted 4 photo copies, she took the paper gave them back & said £3.20 !!! How much? oh it's £1.50 "service charge " + other !!!! She didn't say I could copy them myself, it's only polite to ask so I did. I won't go there again.
Went in to get a new SumUp machine. A friendly member of staff called Toby gave me helpful advice and answered my questions. Happy with the purchase I made by upgrading to the SumUp Solo
